We are looking for Back‑up Nannies to support families with children ranging from infants to toddlers. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to advance in the childcare field.

• Care for children in‑home; transportation not required.
• Perform common‑sense clean‑up of activities or meals; no household duties.
• Support families who need care for infants through toddlers, with a high demand for children under 2.
• Engage children with safety and hands‑on activities based on developmental observations.

• Pay: $22–$25 per hour.
• Paid training and a nanny kit of age‑appropriate activities and games.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid); infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various homes in the area.
• Availability for at least 3 weekdays per week for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Communicative, responsive to staffing supervisor, and a bright smile to greet each family.
