Child Care Center Assistant Teacher – La Petite Academy (161st Ave NE)

Responsibilities
  • Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
  • Develop accurate observations, assessments, and plans for children, and communicate effectively with families.
  • Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Qualifications
  • Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options are available.
  • Assistant Teacher salary: $21.44‑$22.28 (bi‑weekly) and $21.44‑$22.28 (daily).
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time workers.
