The role involves reviewing information for required elements of product labeling, including ingredients, warnings, net quantity of contents, and distributor statements, as well as other regulatory compliance elements. The position requires close collaboration with regulatory affairs contacts, artwork planners, design, marketing, and legal. Participation in artwork project alignment meetings is essential to learn of upcoming changes and provide feedback early to the artwork team.

• Review information for required elements of product labeling, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with regulatory affairs contacts, artwork planners, design, marketing, and legal teams.
• Participate in artwork project alignment meetings to stay informed about upcoming changes and provide early feedback.
• Perform copy checking/reading of artwork components, either manually or using electronic verification tools.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Review complex reports and provide insights.
• Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of pre-press and printing and artwork file industry standards, print production, print processes, and press capabilities, inks, materials/substrates, specialty inks/finishes, proofing, and print trials.
