Puget Sound, WA (Hybrid Onsite 2-3 days per week)
Pay Rate: $41 – $43 hourly

The main function of a Product Designer is to create intuitive, human-centered product experiences through UI/UX design, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Product Designers contribute to defining user flows, crafting design artifacts, and ensuring cohesive, accessible, high-quality experiences across the client’s proprietary products.
Job Responsibilities- Produce design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and explore solutions.
- Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to simplify complex problems and deliver intuitive experiences.
- Incorporate customer insights, research findings, and feedback into design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive end-to-end UX across platforms.
- Build prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to validate ideas, refine interactions, and communicate experience direction.
- Contribute to design system usage, craft quality, and alignment across related products or feature areas.
- Adapt to change quickly, maintain a growth mindset, and iterate based on feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, OR equivalent practical UX/UI experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design.
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, flows, and problem-solving across digital experiences.
- Ability to prototype concepts using tools such as Figma or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to iterate, and openness to feedback.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-disciplinary teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
