PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' E RESPONSABILITA’
- Gestione completa delle pratiche di reso RMA e dei resi a mittente
- Collaborare con i magazzini per la gestione di ordini e resi cliente
- Comunicazione con i clienti su tempistiche, modalità di reso, sostituzioni o rimborsi
- Supporto alle attività di post vendita, incluse:
- gestione reclami
- supporto su prodotti difettosi o non conformi
- assistenza su riparazioni, sostituzioni e rimborsi
- Monitoraggio KPI relativi a resi e post-vendita (tempi di gestione, cause di reso, volumi) e conseguente segnalazione di criticità ricorrenti e proposte di miglioramento dei processi
- Supporto amministrativo legato alle pratiche di post-vendita, come emissione di note di credito o rimborsi
- Rispondere a domande su prodotti o servizi con approccio consulenziale
- Gestire ordini telefonici e reclami per preservare la reputazione dell'azienda e fidelizzare la clientela
- Gestione delle operazioni legate ai progetti in capo al Customer Care & Community team
