Well established, community minded animal hospital looking for a positive, customer service oriented individual to join our front desk team. Candidate must have a great attitude, enjoy building relationships with and caring for clients, and have a high attention to detail. The right candidate is able to multitask, effectively communicate with others, comfortable working alone and in groups, and is available to work some weekend and evening shifts.

Daily Tasks
  • Client care
  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Phone and text communications
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Email and fax correspondence
  • Scanning documents
  • Accurate handling of client transactions
