Pay: $22.50 per hour

• Location:Redmond, WA
• Show Dates:January 30, 2026 - March 22, 2026
• Set Up Dates:January 22, 2026 - January 29, 2026
• Schedule:Wednesday through Sunday (availability on these days is mandatory) - *

• Works in assigned concession area;
• Serves customers and manages cash registers;
• Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required;
  Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely;
• Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly;
• Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties;
• Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins;
• Performs other duties as required after each selling period;
• Will help with setup of concession;

• Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information;
• Be comfortable working in a loud environment;
• Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous;
• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
  Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);
• Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and down stairs frequently;
• Understand customer service and hospitality;
• Work well with others;
• Pay attention to the details;
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure;
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor;
• Availability for the whole city duration;
• Speak English Mandatory – other languages are an asset;

• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs.
