- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Assist with Customer Service as needed, building and maintaining long‑term student relationships.
- Partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trust and respecting parents as their child's Music Teacher.
- Communicate progress and goals to students and parents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to teach the instrument in which you are proficient (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
