Pay Rate: $16.66/hr - $20.76/hr Non‑Teaching Rate and up to $26.87/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with Customer Service as needed, building and maintaining long‑term student relationships.
• Partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trust and respecting parents as their child's Music Teacher.
• Communicate progress and goals to students and parents.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument in which you are proficient (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
