We are seeking a Montessori Head of School or Assistant Head of School to join us in building something deeply intentional —
not simply a school, but a Montessori home rooted in philosophy, collaboration, and community
. We are a two-location Montessori organization with a strong, committed team, and we are looking for a leader who believes schools thrive when families, guides, and leadership grow together.
Our programs serve children from infancy through age six
, and we are fully aligned with AMI/AMS principles
. We are deeply committed to Montessori fidelity, prepared environments, trained guides, and ongoing professional development. As part of our long-term vision, we intend to host a Teacher Education Program (TEP) on site
, contributing to the growth of future Montessori educators and strengthening the broader Montessori community.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited to grow a school and build meaningful relationships
, not simply manage day-to-day operations. The right person sees leadership as collaborative, values clear communication and thoughtful delegation, and understands that strong schools are built through trust, consistency, and shared purpose.
This role requires a leader who takes personal ownership of outcomes and follows through without needing constant oversight. The Head of School sets the tone for communication, enrollment growth, team collaboration, and family trust. Success in this role comes from initiative, consistency, and the ability to translate vision into action while working closely with a supportive leadership team.
We are looking for a modern Montessori leader who is comfortable integrating marketing, enrollment growth, AI tools, and systems to support a thriving school. You should enjoy being visible in the community, supporting family events, strengthening enrollment through authentic tours and communication, and maintaining high retention through strong relationships and follow-through. This is a role for someone who values collaboration across teams and locations and is energized by building something meaningful together.
