Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead to join their team. As a member of the Cloud Infrastructure Construction Environmental Compliance team
, you will support Data Center construction projects

• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Pay Range: $53.04 - $58.37 per hour

• Manage environmental permits during construction until turnover to operations.
• Oversee consultants performing site inspections and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to achieve compliance goals.
• Develop and submit required reports to authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
• Serve as Microsoft’s environmental representative to external stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including Clean Water Act Sections 401, 402, and 404.
• Experience in environmental compliance during construction phases.
• Ability to conduct onsite field inspections and provide on‑demand field support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permit requirements.
