Job Summary

Join a team dedicated to designing analog mixed‑signal IPs for high‑performance data center processors. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Layout Engineer to focus on full‑custom physical layout and verification using the most advanced CMOS nodes, including FinFET and gate‑all‑around (2‑3nm). You will be instrumental in optimizing circuit design for performance, area, and power, contributing to cutting‑edge technology that is rare and highly valued in the industry.

Bachelors

• Execute full‑custom physical layout for complex analog and mixed‑signal blocks (e.g., ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs).
• Collaborate closely with circuit designers to ensure optimal layout implementation.
• Manage floor planning, block‑level routing, and macro‑level assembly.
• Conduct thorough physical verification (DRC, LVS) and address all EMIR and DFM issues using tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.
• Support tape‑out activities and participate in design reviews.

• 5 years of overall experience in hardware design/layout.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analog circuit layout in advanced CMOS technologies (FinFET/gate‑all‑around, 2‑3nm).
• Minimum 4 years of proficiency with standard layout and verification tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre).
• Minimum 4 years of solid understanding of analog layout techniques (matching, shielding, reliability, parasitic optimization).
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent, hands‑on experience with CMOS layout and verification on advanced FinFET and GAA technologies.
  • Experience with advanced PSMC notes is a significant plus.
