Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering to drive the development of next-generation hardware controllers. You will be the bridge between engineering requirements and project delivery, managing schedules, working with global suppliers, and ensuring high-quality hardware builds. Location: Redmond, Washington

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $59.31 – $69.31 per hour

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Manage program schedules and status reporting from project initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to balance solutions that meet system requirements.
• Communicate with global suppliers to drive material builds and engineering standards.
• Review and develop functional specifications used for critical product decisions.
• Facilitate meetings between subject matter experts to resolve technical issues.

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in electronic hardware development and manufacturing life cycles.
• Expertise in project management and complex schedule building.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication with global partners in Asia.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Previous experience in consumer electronics or gaming hardware.
