- Ability to configure SIP gateways, including Audio Codes M800 through M1000-M4000 models, based on technical specifications for required features and functionality, including manipulation and routing rules.
- Expert-level technical knowledge of the components that make up TDM and IP telephony systems, along with a strong understanding of key protocols within the IP telephony domain.
- Strong working knowledge of data networking requirements for IP telephony implementation, particularly TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, DHCP, DNS, AD/AAD, SQL, VLAN, and QoS.
- Ability to create, review, interpret, communicate, and implement design specifications, including floor plans, cable routing, rack layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, issue-identification, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate strategies, methodologies, and status updates to workgroup members, project teams, and senior leadership.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to understand component relationships, anticipate challenges, and effectively resolve issues and roadblocks
