Base Pay Range
$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Responsibilities- Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items
- Coordinate across teams to deliver quality on time for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement
- Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and go-to-market goals
- Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly
- Actively unblock workflows by utilizing existing solutions and/or implementing new tools or processes
- Provide flexible assistance for other Producers as needed
- 5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role focused on PC and/or Console games with at least 2 shipped titles credited as producer
- Ability to identify gaps and product needs proactively
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills for documenting plans and supporting team goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- Continuous drive to learn and adapt to evolving environments and gaming trends
- Passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
- Self-starter with flexibility to work varying hours based on project demands
- Experience working in distributed teams and supporting remote collaboration
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
