Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:

• Coordinate employee onboarding activities and new hire documentation
  
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related employee inquiries
  
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within payroll systems
  
  • Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance requirements
  
  • Partner with HR and management on onboarding and payroll administration

Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator:

• 2+ years of payroll, HR, or onboarding experience
  
  • Experience supporting payroll processing and employee records management
  
  • Paylocity experience is a plus
  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
