SENIOR POWER BI ANALYST (HYBRID - REDMOND, WA)
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

The Senior Power BI Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that inform strategy and improve business performance. This role spans the full analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering and data modeling to visualization and storytelling—helping leadership make data‑driven decisions. The analyst develops compelling dashboards, ensures data integrity, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and build accurate data models.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision‑making.
- Identify data quality gaps and implement process improvements.
- Present findings and insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance existing BI products and automate reporting workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or related roles.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong SQL development experience.
- Proficiency with DBT, version control, CI/CD, and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Managed Instance or Snowflake is a plus.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and ETL/ELT best practices.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and communication skills.
