Azure AI Developer Job Redmond area,Washington USA,IT/Tech

Need to have a strong background in Azure development, with expertise in C# / Python, Azure Open AI, Agentic workflow, Auto Gen, and Azure. The candidate should also possess a deep understanding of security compliance, API development, and generative AI concepts. Hands-on development experience and strong SQL and Azure SQL database knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions (AI Agents, Conversational Bots and other AI services) using C#, Azure Open AI, and other relevant technologies.

Develop and maintain and consume APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Develop various types of Copilots, connectors/plug-ins and implement copilot extensibility.

Ensure all AI solutions comply with security standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Model evaluation, ensure the accuracy metrics and RAI principles.

Build and deploy the finetuned model and application using ADO deployment processes.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in AI development, Copilot extensibility and custom copilot development with a strong focus on C# and Azure Open AI.

Familiarity in developing with Conversable, Assistant and User proxy agents and implementing orchestration in multi-agent communication in Auto Gen framework.

In-depth knowledge of security compliance and best practices.

Strong experience in writing and maintaining high-quality API code.

Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and hands-on development.

Expertise in SQL and Azure SQL databases.

Preferred

Skills:

Python and Statistics.

Experience with other AI and machine learning algorithms.

Knowledge of data science and analytics.
