Base pay range

$52.00/hr - $58.00/hr

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Dev Ops Engineer to fill an open position with a AAA Gaming Studio based in Redmond, WA. This role supports critical game development pipelines and plays a direct role in ensuring build stability for globally distributed teams through overnight CI/CD coverage. You will work hands‑on with automation, observability, and infrastructure supporting AAA game production. This is an exciting opportunity for a Dev Ops professional who thrives in high‑impact environments where reliability and speed directly influence product delivery.

• Support, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent build stability across multiple game projects.
• Monitor pipelines using observability tools, create alerts, and analyze metrics, logs, and traces to drive performance improvements.
• Triage and resolve external partner issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead postmortems for critical pipeline failures.
• Design and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and improve CI/CD efficiency and reliability.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dev Ops or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure Dev Ops.
• 5+ years of experience scripting and automating operations using Power Shell, Python, or similar languages.
• 3+ years of experience implementing KPI monitoring solutions using SQL, Azure Data Lake, or similar technologies.
• Experience with data and observability platforms for monitoring CI/CD infrastructure performance.
• Proficiency with source control systems, preferably Perforce.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices including Agile and continuous integration/deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, root cause analysis, communication, and documentation skills.
