Senior Technical Program Manager – CSP Engagements

• Drive strategic partnerships with hyperscale cloud service providers, aligning project schedules and technical roadmaps
• Proactively manage complex technical collaborations, resolving critical issues before they affect customer deployments
• Ensure internal stakeholder alignment, reflecting CSP priorities across engineering, product, and business units
• Create executive dashboards and status reports for comprehensive visibility into CSP project health and risks
• Lead large-scale deployment programs with multi-rack infrastructure rollouts, coordinating timelines and resources

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in HPC or data center server software development
• Solid understanding of system software design, OS fundamentals, and hardware/software interfaces
• Proven ability to lead complex hardware/software integration projects
• Experience partnering with hyperscalers to drive technical outcomes and manage escalations

• Prior hands‑on technology development experience in out‑of‑band manageability and observability solutions
• Experience in system software/Linux kernel driver development, CUDA programming, or LLM/AI framework development
