- Work Location:
100% Remote (CST/EST preferred (not required); sponsor sits in EST) - Duration: 1.5 months
- Schedule:
20 hours per week, Flexible hours, No overtime - Pay rate range: $55 to $60/hr
- Design CRM data models in Dataverse
- Reuse Orders and Invoices
- Add Deliveries
- Support one-to-many relationships and multi-delivery tracking
- Modify Dynamics 365 schema, forms, views, and business rules
- Audit and rationalize fields; define MVP field sets per team
- Implement and maintain ETL processes using:
- Power Automate
- Dataflows / Power Query
- SQL
- Python or Power Shell
- Ingest PO/Invoice metadata from finance systems (e.g., MSInvoice)
- Reduce manual data entry through automation and integrations
- Establish validation rules, duplicate detection, and referential integrity
- Define governance (RACI) across BD, Acquisition, and Procurement
- Configure auditing, telemetry, and role‑based access
- Document SOPs, SLAs, and bulk update workflows
- Deliver dashboards and insights using:
- Power BI
- Dataverse charts
- Report on delivery status, inventory validation, invoice/payment states, and KPIs
- Candidates without all required hard skills are not eligible
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (M365)
- Ability to build Power Apps within Dynamics
- Experience with CRM rebuilds or data workflow systems
- Dynamics 365 & Dataverse configuration - expertise in entities/relationships, forms/views, business rules, auditing (5–7 years)
- Power Platform ETL automation - Power Automate flows, Dataflows/Power Query, connector‑based integrations with finance systems (e.g., MSInvoice) and robust error handling (4–6 years);
- Advanced SQL + scripting - TSQL and Power Shell/Python for data shaping, bulk import/export, keys/lookups, and troubleshooting at scale (5+ years).
- Dynamics 365 CRM & Dataverse
- Power Automate, Dataflows, Power Query
- SQL + scripting (Python or Power Shell)
- Power BI
- API/Webhooks and bulk data operations
- Excel‑based data update patterns
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, IS, or related)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Significant hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform
