This role requires strong program management discipline, excellent communication skills, and hands?on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web development workflows.

This role will be responsible for the following deliverables and outcomes:

Drive execution of assigned web projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and at expected quality levels.

Build, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules; track progress and proactively manage dependencies, blockers, and scope.

Coordinate across engineering, design, business, and compliance partners to clarify requirements and ensure deliverable readiness.

Provide regular project updates and ensure visibility into goals, timelines, risks, and decision points.

Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies; prevent issues from escalating into delivery blockers.

Surface constraints or cross?team dependencies promptly to internal leads.

Implement lightweight, effective processes that improve predictability and quality across the web development lifecycle.

Drive alignment on engineering and publishing best practices.

Help refine and evolve workflows (e.g., AEM publishing, release planning, QA review cycles) to improve operational efficiency.

• 7 years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer, or similar role delivering technical or web?based projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast?paced environment.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to partner effectively across technical and non?technical teams.

• Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.

• Proven ability to create and maintain clear, effective production schedules spanning multiple disciplines.

• Experience driving adoption of engineering best practices and cross?team alignment.

• Strong conflict?resolution and collaboration skills.

• Ability to design and manage evolving processes that are lightweight but predictable.

• Results?driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to balance scope, staffing, and budget constraints while maintaining high production quality.

• Familiarity with automated testing concepts (unit testing, functional automation, TDD, code coverage).

• Practical experience supporting or delivering with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
