We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team, focusing on the strategic implementation of a large‑scale supply chain planning software package. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless transition and adoption of a new, centralized system that will replace existing manual processes and consolidate data sources. You will be at the heart of this transformation, directly contributing to the efficiency and future success of our global supply chain operations.

What

You'll Do
  • Lead and support the implementation of a comprehensive supply chain planning software package, guiding it from design and build phases through to full deployment.
  • Act as a central coordinator for program management activities, including scheduling, task follow‑ups, issue tracking, and facilitating crucial cross‑functional communication.
  • Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, meticulously identifying and documenting bugs, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive accountability across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed, deadlines are met, and project milestones remain on track.
  • Prepare and lead weekly team communications and recurring meetings, including agenda setting, update distribution, and coordinating next steps.
  • Interface with stakeholders on technical and project subject matters from initiation through delivery, providing program schedules and status reports.
  • Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope documentation to inform critical project decisions.
  • Provide essential technical and analytical insights to Product Managers, supporting informed strategic choices.
  • Organize and synchronize cross‑functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and drive system issues to resolution, ensuring smooth operation and adoption of the new system.

  • Experience in program management activities, including meeting coordination, task management, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication and interpersonal skills.
