Base pay range

$65.00/hr – $70.00/hr

Summary

The project focuses on designing, building, and operationalizing internal CSAM-facing services that accelerate Copilot adoption across enterprise customers. It includes defining scalable change‑management offerings, creating enablement playbooks, building training and workshop assets, and establishing frameworks that CSAMs can use to drive readiness, behavioral adoption, usage, and value realization for 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Creating standardized Copilot Adoption Services for CSAMs (readiness assessments, persona mapping, change plans, training kits, communications packs, metrics templates).
  • Supporting CSAMs in real customer engagements where advanced ACM expertise is required.
  • Partnering with engineering, CSU, and product teams to align adoption frameworks with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Designing end‑to‑end customer journey guidance for Copilot deployments, from initial readiness to sustained usage.
  • Building measurement models to help CSAMs track usage, adoption maturity, and business impact across accounts.
  • Work is internal, strategic, focused on scaling Copilot adoption through excellence in change management, not delivering individual customer projects.
Must Have Skills
  • 8‑10+ years in Adoption & Change Management, organizational transformation, or Customer Success.
  • Formal Prosci / ADKAR certification or equivalent ACM methodology experience.
  • Deep experience supporting or partnering with CSAMs, Customer Success teams, or cloud adoption motions.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering large‑scale M365 or Copilot adoption programs.
  • Ability to measure adoption: usage telemetry, KPI frameworks, insights translation, ROI alignment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, readiness sessions, and executive briefings.

  • Clear, confident communicator able to simplify complex changes into digestible messages.
  • High influence and strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
  • Customer‑obsessed mindset with ability to “read the room” and adjust strategy quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially working across multiple internal teams.
  • Structured, organized, and able to bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to drive work independently.
  • Empathy‑driven approach to behavior changes and user adoption.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑moving AI transformation environment.
Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $65.00 – $70.00 per hour. As a non‑exempt position, this role is eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate where required by law. Full‑time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, and performance bonus.
