We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on delivering compelling customer stories for B2B technology solutions. This role involves managing end‑to‑end story development processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality content that aligns with strategic marketing objectives.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, traffic managers, creative producers, and writers to manage customer story projects.
• Review Story Requirements Briefs and identify outstanding questions or inputs from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with assigned writers to develop story outlines and compile outstanding questions.
• Vet story outlines and solicit feedback, inputs, and approvals from subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Schedule and lead customer kick‑off calls, presenting story outlines and outstanding questions.
• Manage production timelines, reviews, and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines; elevate issues as needed.
• Secure final legal approvals and signed releases for social amplification and official logos.
• Collaborate with social media teams for story amplification.
• Coordinate meetings between stakeholders, gathering updates on production pipelines and capacity from creative teams and agencies.

• Strong client communication skills and ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing written customer stories for B2B technology companies.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and navigating legal approval processes for customer story contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation range for position is $91,800 – 102,000 DOE.
