• Leading new program initiatives, including pilot programs and private previews, ensuring strategic development and seamless execution.
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters and project subject matters from initiation through delivery.
• Providing program and project schedules and comprehensive status reports to keep all parties informed and aligned.
• Creating functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents that serve as critical tools for implementation decisions.
• Providing essential technical and analytical information to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Organizing and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Overseeing project execution, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

• 3-4 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders on complex technical and project-related topics.
• Experience in developing comprehensive project schedules, status reports, and detailed functional specifications.
• Proven capability to organize and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and project completion.

• Bachelor's degree.
