Job Title: Data Collection Technician - Dutch Language Specialist
Location: Redmond, Washington
Contract Length - 12 months with potential extension
Pay Range: $27
What's the Job?
- Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits.
- Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams.
- Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data.
- Provide continual feedback loops to ensure project success and monitor program performance for quality improvements.
- Native fluency in Dutch (required for participant interaction and data collection).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and formula writing.
