Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center operations industry, is seeking a Support Analyst – Data Center to join their team. As a Support Analyst – Data Center
, you will be part of the IT Process and Standards (ITPS) team supporting global datacenter operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $56.22 – $61.86 on Experis (Benefits and PTO)
Hard SkillsMinimum: 5 years experience managing ticket systems or break-fix operations in IT environments.
Minimum: 5 years experience handling prioritization frameworks, logic updates, and coordinating with technical teams for implementation.
Minimum: 5–7 years experience leading projects involving tooling improvements, reporting, and cross-team collaboration (preferably in data center or IT services).
What’s the Job?- Lead and oversee technical projects related to IT process improvements and datacenter operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Manage escalations and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Implement scalable ticket management and prioritization strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing technical projects in IT or data center environments.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team engagement.
- Experience with IT service management processes and change management frameworks.
