Position: L3 Technical Support Specialist at Wipro.
Crux of the JD: 5+ years of experience in development with SQL and Cosmos Scripting, supporting customer issues; C# and additional skills are advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- Professional with experience in online advertising, social media, marketing, and/or project management.
- Experience with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft suite of standard programs.
- Advanced problem‑solving ability to drive great customer service and strong team relationships.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical support or software development organization (Tier 3 experience preferred), in the online industry for a high‑volume commercial website or service (7+ years’ experience preferred);
Organic & Paid search experience preferred. Practical experience running online systems built on Azure or similar cloud providers. - 2+ years’ experience with web API technologies such as SOAP, JSON, XML.
- 2+ years of automation experience in C# or Python is preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience using TSQL, with the ability to manipulate data rapidly, use complex joins and Stored Procedures.
- Ready to work night shifts and weekend on‑call work required.
- Ability to analyze and visualize large data sets.
- Experience working with remote/virtual teams; ability to collaborate across boundaries.
- Works well independently, manages time effectively, and displays strong cross‑team collaboration and interpersonal skills; contributes to others’ success.
- Willingness to embrace change; desire to learn and continually improve.
- English language skills, including strong verbal and written communication for all stakeholder levels. Strong understanding of North American and European cultures, slang, brands, and current events.
- Well‑organized, with strong attention to detail and documentation skills for case management, knowledge capture, bug management, and training.
- Storytelling, influencing for impact skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Motivation and passion for customer success; customer obsession.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation ranges from $45,000 to $110,000. Final compensation depends on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid/unpaid leave options.
