We’re building a Frontier Marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and delivers measurable business outcomes. To support this transformation, we’re seeking a Senior Creative Intelligence Manager to manage Creative Intelligence focused on operationalizing our System of Learning (SOL) — the infrastructure that connects creative work to performance, enabling rinse-and-repeat insights that drive ROI. The Senior Creative Intelligence Manager will partner with cross organizational teams and functions from Global Media to Data Science and Analytics Teams.

It is ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, loves organizing complexity, and is passionate about turning data into actionable learning loops that fuel smarter investments. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize the System of Learning (SOL) — drive integration, maintain and evolve the SOL framework for Creative and Social, ensuring insights are captured, organized, and accessible.
  • Partner with Global Media and our data scientists to track campaign performance and learning outcomes, connecting creative activations to measurable business impact.
  • Work with our analytics team to build and manage dashboards, trackers, and documentation that support rinse-and-repeat learning and ROI visibility.
  • Support Strategic Experimentation — manage test-and-learn portfolios across the Creative and Social Team, ensuring every experiment has a clear hypothesis, measurement framework, and feedback loop.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual planning processes, surfacing learnings that inform future strategic bets.
  • Enable Cross-Team Learning — partner with Creative and Social leads to ensure insights are shared across teams and reused effectively.
  • Support the development of playbooks and best practices libraries that scale high-performing work.
  • Translate Insights into Action — synthesize performance data and emerging trends into consumable insights that inform creative strategy.
  • Support leadership with learning summaries and ROI narratives that guide decision-making.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Learning systems are integrated, running smoothly, with clear visibility into what works and why.
  • Creative and Social work is consistently connected to performance and ROI.
  • Teams have access to actionable insights that inform smarter investments.
  • Individuals are known for their clarity, precision, and ability to turn complexity into scalable systems.
