Job Summary:
Talent Software Services is in search of an Agile Program Manager Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary:Join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile transformation and innovation. As an Agile Program Manager, you will guide teams in adopting Agile practices, measure framework effectiveness, and facilitate continuous improvements. You will work hands-on with Azure Dev Ops, creating and tracking work items, managing dashboards, and designing scalable story-pointing frameworks. Be at the forefront of Agile transformation, leading cross-functional teams and owning Dev Ops solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to enable innovation, enjoy autonomy, make a rapid impact, and engage in continuous learning. We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience, with a strong understanding of Azure Dev Ops and Agile practices.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Agile maturity across the organization.
• Create and maintain data visualizations, deliver Dev Ops solutions, and provide training on best practices.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage escalations effectively.
• Communicate progress, coach teams, and maintain documentation autonomously.
• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Drive program/project schedules and status reports, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers and Unit Managers.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Certified Trainer with deep understanding and experience in Agile project management processes.
• Proficient user of Azure Dev Ops, adept at tracking work items, running custom queries, and managing dashboards.
• Ability to define and implement Agile effectiveness metrics across multiple teams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining custom dashboards using Azure Dev Ops and Power BI.
• Expertise in creating scalable story-pointing frameworks and facilitating standard work sizing.
• Experience in delivering Dev Ops solutions and managing the flow of work.
• Proven experience in coaching multiple teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
• Experience in integrating Azure Dev Ops with Power Platform Solutions.
• Experience in configuring managed connections with products like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• 4 years of experience with Azure Dev Ops.
• 4 years of expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
