Program Manager - Real Estate Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join a global Cloud Operations team. You will lead the due diligence and assessment process for large-scale data center site acquisitions. This is a high‑impact role where you will act as the primary coordinator between engineering, legal, finance, and land acquisition teams to drive infrastructure growth.

• Manage the end-to-end due diligence process for complex real estate development projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver strategic project updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with site development and infrastructure planning.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting through SharePoint and Power
  
  BI.

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, specifically in real estate or large infrastructure.
• Proven ability to interpret technical documents, including engineering and architectural drawings.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for professional reporting.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development life cycles.
• Experience in a "client-side" project management capacity.

• Familiarity with data center infrastructure or cloud planning.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Power
  
  BI for data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with Adobe software.
