Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is hiring a UX Designer to support the ALG Portal for Amazon’s Project Kuiper. This role focuses on defining user experiences that enable customers and internal users to interact seamlessly with Kuiper’s platforms. You will lead discovery, design, prototyping, and usability validation while aligning with Kuiper and Amazon design standards.
This position is ideal for a UX professional who can translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to develop personas
- Define customer journeys, storyboards, and site maps
- Design user flows aligned with real-world user scenarios
- Create visual design systems and style guides aligned to Kuiper/Amazon standards
- Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews, and produce findings and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX design (discovery through validation)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating personas, journeys, prototypes, and usability outcomes
- Experience facilitating design workshops and synthesizing stakeholder feedback
- Ability to clearly document UX decisions and design rationale
- Experience working on enterprise portals or platform products
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards
- Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
- Location: Seattle/Redmond, WA (Onsite or Hybrid as required)
- Employment Type: Contract (W-2 only)
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
