Data Collection Team Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data services sector, is seeking a Data Collection Team Lead to join their team. As a Data Collection Team Lead, you will be part of the Data Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$35/hour

• Lead and supervise a team of analysts and technicians in data collection projects.
• Coordinate resource allocation and manage workflow processes to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed workflow outlines, project plans, and process documentation.
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and motivation to team members to foster growth and success.

• At least 1 year of experience in project or operations management or consulting.
• Experience working on data collection or user research projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Office and G Suite applications.
• Willingness to become an expert in project workflows and drive process improvements.
