Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data analytics sector, is seeking a Data Analyst 5 to join their team. As a Data Analyst 5, you will be part of the Business Intelligence Analytics team supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Access and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and validation.
• Transform validated data into meaningful visualizations and insights to support business decisions.
• Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance (8+ years).
• Strong understanding of data validation, ETL processes, and multi-platform data integration (8+ years).
• Hands‑on skills with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation (5+ years).
• Proficiency in database technologies and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
