We are seeking a full‑time consultant to design and implement Copilot solutions and Agentic AI capabilities while serving as a Project Manager for our clients. This role combines project management, AI development, and analytics consulting. The position will drive multiple AI initiatives, including building intelligent agents for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction insights, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will proactively manage priorities, deliver solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time.

• Design and deploy AI‑driven solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Git Hub Copilot, M365 Copilot).
• Build and integrate intelligent agents for automation, data analytics, and operational improvements.
• Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, and accelerators to streamline delivery.
• Act as project manager to ensure projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
• Provide proactive recommendations on priorities and approaches.
• Maintain governance and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Promote Responsible AI principles and ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams for platform configuration and governance reviews.
• Manage central repositories for technical solutions to enable discovery and reuse.
• Develop team resources and support structures for ongoing assistance.

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem:
  Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Git Hub Copilot, M365 Copilot.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption frameworks and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Expertise in Responsible AI, data governance, and compliance.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven automation and enterprise‑grade AI services.
• Proficiency in creating reusable assets and managing technical repositories.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills; proactive and self‑directed.
• Basic project management skills for reporting and delivery.
• Prior experience in large‑scale enterprise environments preferred.
• Actively exploring Agentic AI and next‑generation AI capabilities.

Compensation range for position is $135,000 – $150,000 DOE.
