Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative employee experience programs, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Employee Experiences department supporting high-impact internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days a month in Redmond, WA
Contract Length
: 18 Months
Pay Range:$50
What's the Job?- Provide end-to-end operational support and logistics coordination for core employee programs, including intern engagement, new hire onboarding, and specialized training initiatives.
- Manage calendar invitations, logistics, and communications for program events and learning sessions.
- Design, maintain, and refresh digital content on SharePoint sites to ensure a professional and engaging user experience.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to track program metrics, identify trends, and generate insights to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Organize and facilitate large-scale events and meetings, ensuring goals and outcomes are achieved efficiently.
- 2-4 years of experience managing large-scale people programs at scale.
- Proven expertise in designing, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong executive communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear narratives and presentations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
