As a Data Collection Technician - Spanish Language Specialist, you will be part of the Data Operations team supporting AR/VR product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits.
• Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams.
• Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data.
• Provide continual feedback loops to ensure project success and monitor program performance for quality improvements.

• Native fluency in Spanish (required for participant interaction and data collection).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and formula writing.
