Immediate need for a talented End User Support Technician. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond, WA(Onsite).

Pay Range: $25/hr - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical assistance to end users in both office and factory-floor settings.
- Manage and resolve end-user equipment-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of service through proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
- Foster a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer support skills.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support roles.
- Flexibility to support users in both office and factory-floor environments
