Support Engineer

Salary: $83,200 - 93,600 per year

• At least 3 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years in procurement.
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Dev Ops.
• At least 3 years of technical experience troubleshooting technology issues.
• At least 3 years of experience with strong documentation skills.
• At least 3 years of experience with a scripting language such as Python, C#, or Power Shell.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting multiple operating systems is an asset.
• Experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required.

• Partner with Studio Management, Directors, and Leads to understand and address the studios IT needs.
• Procure, set up, and recycle PC hardware.
• Respond to requests for IT services, repairs, upgrades, support, information, and issue resolution.
• Manage the studios PC and parts inventory.
• Administer user accounts.
• Provide IT support to internal teams and external partner teams involved in game development.
• Collaborate with broader IT teams on best practices and technical concerns.

We are hiring for a hands-on IT support and procurement role that helps our studio deliver a world-class experience, particularly for the Age of Empires franchise. The position may be extended. The U.S. base pay range is $40–$45 per hour; non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime at 1.5 times their base rate for hours over 40 in a work week, or as required by applicable law.

Final pay within the range depends on relevant skills, education, and experience.
