You’ll independently manage your own caseload, appear in court, lead settlement negotiations, and work with a supportive team that values both legal excellence and work-life balance

- Handle a full caseload of Family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex family law issues.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through compassionate communication and advocacy.
- Collaborate with peers to maintain a positive and client-centered firm culture.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Washington State and in good standing with the Bar.
- Minimum 3+ years of family law experience (divorce, custody, support, or related matters).
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and professionalism under pressure.
