We are hiring for a technology company that specializes in employment‑based immigration.

Role

Summary:

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting high‑volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance, and driving process improvements.

• Review non‑immigrant and immigrant visa filings, conducting research to support legal proceedings.
• Use U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure daily workflow targets are met and maintain the integrity of the case preparation program.
• Train admins on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings.
• Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.
• Propose and implement legal process improvement ideas to enhance legal quality and streamline workflow.
• Complete legal review of filings, address I‑9 completion and E‑Verify related questions, and support complex E‑Verify issue resolution.
• Train and monitor admins supporting I‑9 reverification.
• Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements and obligations during applicant review.
• Respond to visa‑related inquiries from employees, including eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university and　 　 admission to the bar.
  • 1+ year of immigration experience (preferably in employment‑based immigration).
