Medical Spa Manager

VIO Med Spa is an age‑defying, beauty and wellness spa that provides unparalleled and innovative services for both men and women who want to retain a youthful look and feel without invasive procedures. We help clients of all ages "Feel Great and Look Amazing" by meeting their personal beautification and wellness goals and creating individualized health and beauty plans tailored to each client’s needs.

The Spa Manager is an in‑person, full‑time role who will report directly to the Owners and Medical Director. The Manager is responsible for overall operation and performance of the spa, ensuring that service and treatment sales meet or exceed guest service and revenue expectations, creating an inspiring team environment, and meeting all financial objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high member satisfaction.
• Manage daily activities of staff, including Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistants, Nurses, Estheticians, Spa Therapists, and Receptionists.
• Create a staffing schedule that covers all hours of operation with necessary team members.
• Fulfill non‑specialized roles when employees are absent.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer professional development opportunities.
• Develop a cadence for staff meetings and training to support best practices.
• Create, maintain, and oversee a marketable and profitable spa business, achieving financial goals through revenue generation, cost‑effective strategies, and lead generation.
• Train and onboard new and current employees on the latest services and treatments.
• Perform responsibilities associated with payroll.
• Oversee spa supplies, products, and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory.
• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, employment laws, and health codes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new treatments, products, and customer preferences.
• Maintain spa facility cleanliness and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed.

• Leadership/Management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Cosmetology or other spa‑related knowledge desired.
• Adaptive, flexible, and highly organized while embracing change.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.

Individual compensation packages are based on candidate skills, experience, and market demands. Salary is just one component of the total package.
