You will need to live within commuting distance of our Portage, MI or Redmond, WA office. This is a hybrid role, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week. #
** What You Will Do
*** Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts
* Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution
* Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits
* Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools
* Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
* Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
* Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development #
** What You Will Need
**** Required Qualifications*
* * Bachelor’s degree
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
* Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments $87,600 - $165,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage : 20%
