As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and driving business growth all while helping with daily tasks and projects. This opportunity would allow you to gain hands-on experience, allowing continuous participation in AT&T’s services and products. The Management Trainee will have the chance to develop additional leadership skills through further engagement with customers addressing and resolving all challenges and enhancing customer service initiatives.

Management Trainee Duties:

• Build strong relationships internally and externally.

• As a management trainee, you’ll monitor data, identify market trends, and bring ideas to the table that will improve business performance.

• The management trainee will undergo continuous training to gain a better understanding of AT&T’s products and services.

• Participate in team meetings, additional training sessions, and client briefings.

• Support customer service and sales teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications for a Management Trainee:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred, but not required

• Superb Interpersonal and communication skills

• Adaptability and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• A problem solver with an I can do attitude
