Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

This is a 1099 opportunity with potential to convert to W2 later in the year.
I am working with an innovative medical device start‑up on a mission to improve patient outcomes through cutting‑edge technology. As they scale, their warehouse and shipping operations are a critical part of that success and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll DoAs our Warehouse Associate/Manager
, you will own the day‑to‑day operations of the Redmond, WA warehouse and office facilities, leading a small but dedicated team to keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll oversee Shipping & Receiving
, ensure inventory accuracy
, and manage warehouse workflows and office maintenance
.
- Lead, train, and mentor the Shipping & Receiving team.
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and ensure compliance with medical device industry standards.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse operations and inventory controls.
- Partner with leadership to streamline processes and support growth.
- Manage facilities needs, including office maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Ensure OSHA, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations.
- 5+ years of experience working in a Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving department
- Experienced in warehouse and logistics operations
. - Skilled at leading or mentoring warehouse associates and driving performance.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a start‑up environment where adaptability is key.
- Knowledge of medical device or regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Excel.
