Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Washington DC, or Phoenix, AZ.Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Leads teams in applying data tools and analytics to monitor program performance and drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements across functions.

Guides resolution of complex issues identified through data analysis and ensures timely escalation when needed.

Oversees the development of reports and metrics to communicate key trends, insights, and performance drivers to stakeholders. People Management Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

Provides strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and resolves cross-team risks and process gaps. Risk Management Leads teams in identifying operational risks across programs or business functions and guides the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
