Overview
We're seeking two hands-on Manufacturing Engineers to support on-site operations in Redmond, WA. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance quality, reduce variability, and support production flow. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, identifying root causes
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and documentation
- Balance production lines and implement best practices
- Lead process validations, tooling installation, and equipment qualification
- Collaborate on DFx (Design for Excellence) improvements
- Enhance material handling, ergonomics, and safety in production
- Train assembly teams on new or revised processes
- Self-starters who drive productivity and process improvements
- Team players who collaborate across engineering, quality, and production
- Analytical thinkers who solve problems with a data-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in process development, design, or validation
- Strong data analysis and organizational skills (preferred)
- Shifts:
