Must-haves
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)
  • Hands‑on work experience Electrical‑Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, and/or Harness Integration experience
  • Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Hands‑on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi‑meters), as well as standard hand tools
Plusses
  • Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
  • ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
  • CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawings
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high‑paced, challenging work environment
  • Prior military service a plus

job responsibilities
  • Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
  • Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber‑optics, and PCBAs
  • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
  • Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
  • You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
  • Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
  • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
  • Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures
