Shift Options:
- Front Half Night: Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Back Half Night: Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
About the Role
We are seeking a Test Technician to join a leading aerospace team in Redmond, WA. This role involves hands‑on work with electro‑mechanical assemblies, flight hardware, and precision testing equipment to ensure mission‑critical components meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
- Perform integration, testing, and harness assembly for aerospace hardware
- Use precision measurement tools (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multimeters)
- Follow clean room and ESD protocols to maintain hardware integrity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Navigate multiple internal tracking systems to monitor hardware status
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience
- 2+ years hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical assemblies and testing
- Familiarity with precision torque and inspection devices
- Experience in a fast‑paced production environment with flight hardware
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FOD, ESD‑sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements
- Knowledge of MES software packages
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience with high‑pressure or vacuum systems
- Familiarity with test software (Test Stand, LabVIEW, Python)
- Ability to read technical documents and SOPs
- Experience with VCR, Swagelok, or vacuum fittings
Interview & Training
- Virtual Interview: 1 round (5:00 PM or 6:00 PM)
- Training: 1 week with L&D + 4–5 weeks day shift before moving to assigned shift
