Aerospace & Manufacturing Assembly Technician – 12‑month assignment

Duration: 12‑month assignment with possible extensions

Schedule: Day shift. 4 days x 10 hours = 40 hours a week.

• Precision Assembly:
  Assemble complex propulsion systems and subsystems following blueprints, schematics, and detailed engineering instructions.
• Electro‑Mechanical Integration:
  Perform hands‑on assembly including mechanical integration and intricate wire harness work.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Adhere strictly to QC policies, FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Technical Tooling:
  Expertly utilize precision tools such as torque wrenches, calipers, and micrometers.
• Process Efficiency:
  Maintain workstation Turnaround Time (TAT) and identify process improvements to drive build efficiency.
• Data Tracking:
  Use MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) software to input data and track build progress.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years in manufacturing.
• Technical Skill:
  Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
